What happens next

We are inviting you to attend this event and take the opportunity to hear from the leadership team, providing an update on the wider business and the Cloud Services Group with specific details on the integration activities, plans for FY23 and importantly the people element.

Timings: Arrival from 5pm, event starts 5:30pm, depart by 9pm

The agenda for the evening

The presentation session is scheduled to run for around an hour with time for any questions, followed by an evening of food and drinks and time to socialise with your colleagues.

Getting there

Be aware the venue this time is The Hospitium which is a different building to the museum we were in last time. The closest parking is five minutes’ walk, the Marygate car park, Frederick Street, York, YO30 7DT. However due to building work spaces are slightly more restricted than usual but two other car parks in walking distance are Bootham Row and Esplanade car park.

Also the venue is a 10 minute walk from York train station for anyone coming in via rail.

Marygate is off Bootham, the A19, which is the main road into York from the north.

The Museum Gardens closes at 6pm so after this time all guests have to leave via the main entrance on to Museum Street where we will have a security guard positioned.
