Redcentric gains ISO22301 certification

Redcentric has gained ISO22301 business continuity management certification, showcasing the business’ continued drive to offer the best possible service to its clients.

ISO certification is recognised internationally and includes regular auditing by the BSI Group to ensure the highest standards are continuously met. These standards ensure Redcentric’s services guarantee its clients can protect against, reduce the likelihood of and support business recovery from disruptive incidents.

Gwen Cooper, ISO director at Redcentric, says, “Businesses are at the crux of our economy and it’s therefore vital they are able to run smoothly. However, it would be naïve to assume there will never be an instance where issues arise. It is at this time when action must be taken to ensure the necessary steps are in place to reduce the impact on the business and its customers.

“The ISO22301 certification provides our clients peace of mind as it shows our services protect against business disruption. For example, if energy infrastructure collapsed at one of our data centre locations, our facilities would ensure alternative energy sources are in place so productivity isn’t affected.”

The certification also demonstrates Redcentric meets all required legal regulations, enabling businesses to focus on their own growth, rather than time consuming admin.

Gwen adds, “At Redcentric, we are committed to providing our clients with the necessary foundation to thrive and grow and the certification supports this. The regular auditing to ensure we continue meeting the required standards further highlights this dedication to improving our offering and the technology infrastructure our clients rely on.”
