All Customers, subject to access and configuration, are able to monitor and review calls raised via the appropriate Service Desk.

View & Download your current/historic calls invoices and CDR files

Clients of Calyx Calling Services can view current/historic bills call usage reports, manage their e-alerts and direct debit details. A suite of standard management reports and a tool to construct custom analyses are also available.
