Josie Smith joins Women Leaders in Tech panel
Redcentric’s Chief Customer Officer, Josie Smith, will join senior technology leaders at Leading Through Life: Women Leaders in Tech, part of Leeds Digital Festival 2026.
Drawing on more than 25 years of leadership experience across technology, service and transformation, Josie will contribute to an open discussion about building a successful and sustainable career in the technology industry.
The interactive panel will explore the realities of leading through organisational change, navigating senior roles, balancing professional and personal responsibilities and continuing to grow while supporting others. Speakers will share practical experiences, lessons learned and ideas for helping more women join, thrive and progress within technology.
The event is open to leaders, aspiring leaders, founders, managers and allies from across the technology sector.

Josie joined Redcentric as Chief Customer Officer in April 2026. She has held senior roles with Marks & Spencer, BT Group and Vodafone, leading large-scale technology modernisation, service improvement and operational change.
