A modern work service helps organisations create a more secure, productive and better supported digital working environment. That usually includes Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, device management, user support, governance and ongoing optimisation. Redcentric’s service is designed to help teams work effectively from anywhere while reducing complexity for internal IT.

What is the difference between Microsoft 365 and a managed modern work service?

Microsoft 365 gives you the core tools. A managed modern work service adds the support, governance and expertise needed to use those tools well over time. Redcentric helps with everything from migrations and feature enablement to patching, reporting, device management, end-user support and ongoing modernisation.

Can Redcentric support us if we already use Microsoft 365?

Yes. Redcentric can support organisations that are new to Microsoft 365, migrating to it, or already using it and looking to improve support, governance, security or user experience. Existing environments are typically reviewed through discovery to identify any gaps against best practice before management begins.

Can you help us migrate to Microsoft 365 from on-premises or another provider?

Yes. Redcentric supports migrations from on-premises environments, existing Microsoft 365 tenants and third-party platforms. That can include identity, email, file data, SharePoint, Teams and endpoint management migrations, alongside planning, onboarding and transition support to reduce risk and disruption.

Do you offer managed and co-managed modern work services?

The scope depends on the service level selected, but it can include Microsoft 365 administration, service desk support, migration support, feature enablement, governance, patching, licence management, monitoring, reporting, device management, access reviews, policy management, end-user support and training. Support is structured across four tiers: Foundations, Enable, Operate and Modernise.

This can also include Microsoft Purview information protection, data loss prevention, encryption support, Secure Score monitoring and Defender-based security management where licensing allows.

Yes. Redcentric supports managed desktops, laptops and mobile devices, including onboarding, health monitoring, security best practice configuration, operating system patching and upgrades.
