The YHPSN Portal (the “Portal”) is provided and operated by Redcentric Solutions Limited (“we”, “us”).
We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08322856, and have our registered office at Central House, Beckwith Knowle, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG3 1UG.
The Portal is provided by us as part of the services we provide under the YHPSN framework, and its use by authorised users is free of charge.
The Portal may be accessed and used only by individuals registered for that purpose, who shall become an authorised user in accordance with paragraph 5. In the case of YHPSN framework authority users, those individuals shall be authorised by the YHPSN framework authority. In the case of a YHPSN customer organisation those, individuals shall be authorised by a YHPSN customer organisation.
The Portal is hosted in the United Kingdom.
2. THE PURPOSE OF THE PORTAL IS TO FACILITATE USE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE YHPSN SERVICES.BY USING THE PORTAL YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS
By using the Portal, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Portal.
We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.
3. OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Our Privacy Policy also applies to your use of the Portal.
We will only use your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
4. WE MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THE PORTAL
We may update and change the Portal from time to time if so agreed with the YHPSN framework authority. We will give you reasonable notice of any changes, and in particular any changes that affect your ability to manage your orders under the Portal.
5. USE OF YOUR LOGIN DETAILS
When you register as a user of the Portal, in accordance with paragraph 1 you will be provided with a user name and password or other login details, which you must not disclose to or share with any other person. We have the right to disable any user login details, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user login details, you must promptly notify us using the contact details at the start of these terms of use.
6. HOW YOU MAY USE MATERIAL ON THE PORTAL
Subject to the rights of any YHPSN customers under the YHPSN framework, we are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Portal, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off copies, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Portal for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content on the Portal.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
7. VIRUSES
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Portal. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse the Portal by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Portal, the server on which the Portal is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack the Portal via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
8. WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?
These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
