Redcentric underpins Cisco expertise with CMSP advanced accreditation

Leading managed services provider Redcentric has announced that it is now accredited as a Cisco CMSP Advanced partner.

Cisco’s Cloud and Managed Services Program (CMSP) accreditation requires passing a comprehensive, independent audit of a managed service provider’s entire operations, from technical knowledge to project delivery, sales processes to support procedures. It has been designed as the strongest possible validation of end-to-end managed service capability, to reassure customers they are choosing a reliable provider with well-engineered and relevant solutions.

Redcentric is already a long-term Cisco Gold partner: designing, delivering and supporting innovative on premise networking and security solutions. The CMSP Advanced award builds on this expertise; acknowledges specifically its credibility and commitment around Cisco-powered hosted managed services, including its leading collaboration solution “HCS”.

For Simon Michie, Redcentric’s CTO, this further bolsters the company’s ‘trusted partner’ status for the mid-market:

“In the same way that our recent MS Azure Gold Cloud Platform accreditation verified our expertise in Cloud, CMSP underlines the quality and integrity of our network, voice and collaboration solutions, methodology and people. HCS is enjoying significant growth as businesses look to improve employee productivity by leveraging the benefits of collaboration, and now they can buy with even greater confidence.”
