Peter Brotherton

Chief Executive Officer 

Peter Brotherton was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 25 June 2019, after being Interim Chief Executive Officer since 22 November 2018. Prior to this, Peter was the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 28 November 2016 until 21 November 2018. Peter is a senior and experienced Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years’ experience across a number of senior finance roles. Peter’s two previous roles were as Chief Financial Officer of Gametech and Chief Financial Officer at PKR Group.

Prior to those two roles, from 2011 to 2014, Peter was Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Executive of Meucci Solutions NV. Meucci Solutions was an international telecommunications and managed services business. During his time at Meucci Solutions, the business saw strong sales and EBITDA growth while also extensively reviewing its central financial control function.

Peter also had senior finance roles at Varla (UK) Limited, Cell Structures Group plc and spent five years at Kingston Communications plc, becoming Director of Finance. Peter trained at KPMG Peat Marwick.

David Senior

Chief Financial Officer

David served in the role of Finance Director of the Group since 2017, prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer. During his time with
the Group to date, David has been instrumental in building a strong finance team and made a significant contribution to the commercial successes of the Group over the last three years.

 

David is a chartered certified accountant with twenty years of experience in finance, including in several senior positions with Wolseley plc.

Kieran Brady

Group Sales and Marketing Director

Kieran Brady joined Redcentric in July 2022 and took up the role of Group Sales and Marketing Director in October 2022. With a career spanning 39 years within the telecommunications and technology sectors, he brings a wealth of industry experience, having held multiple senior sales and business development roles managing teams and building customer relationships to support customers with their digital transformation.

He brings exceptional leadership skills to the Redcentric sales team and has a laser focus on building teams who can communicate clearly and take a consultative approach to delivering solutions for customers enabling them to outperform the market through innovative solutions.

His experience includes roles as Sales Director at Gamma between 2016 and 2021 where he was responsible for managing and growing the SME and public sector market segments. In his role as Business Development Director from 2013 to 2016, he worked for Deutsche Telecom, the largest telecommunications provider in Europe, where he was responsible for developing and selling a new international outsourced voice service to worldwide customers.

Kieran has held senior business development roles at Capita IT Services, Cable &Wireless Worldwide, BT Business, BT Retail and Syncordia Solutions.

Kieran hails from Leeds and is a passionate supporter of Leeds Rhinos. He is also Chairperson of ‘The Children’s Heart Surgery Fund’, a charity which supports the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit as world-class centre of excellence. The charity provides the funding and resources to care for a patients ‘heart, mind, family and future’.

In his spare time, Kieran plays golf or guitar and is a 3rd Dan Shotokan Black Belt who has also completed several marathons.

Katie Collins

Human Resources Director

Katie joined Redcentric as HR Director in December 2019. Prior to this Katie held a number of HR Director roles at a variety of different companies including, Tunstall Healthcare, Nisa Retail and TD Direct Investing. The majority of Katie’s career was spent at HBOS Plc and Lloyds Banking Group where she held a number of senior people management roles, including leadership of the HR teams for the Halifax branch network.

Katie is passionate about building a strong culture which is focused on doing the best for both colleagues and customers whilst also building outstanding people capability across the business.

Nick Helman

Customer Services Director

Nick was appointed as our Delivery Director in May 2020 following a fixed term contract with us where he successfully lead the delivery of a significant programme of work for our public sector customers.  Prior to joining Redcentric Nick worked for EMIS Group PLC for over 20 yrs, the last 10 of which he held Director Level positions focused on IT Service Delivery and Product Development.   During his time as Operations Director for Egton the business saw significant and sustained growth and it quickly became a key element of broader Group offering integration and infrastructure solutions to their customer base.

He is a keen advocate of Digital Transformation, underpinned by solid ITIL principals and taking everyone on his journey.
