As the holiday season approaches, we want to ensure our valued customers are well-informed about essential updates to enhance your experience during this festive period. Here are three crucial points to be aware of:
- Planned change freeze: 18th December 2023 to 3rd January 2024
In our commitment to providing you with a seamless experience, Redcentric has scheduled a planned change freeze from 18th December 2023, at 00:00 to 3rd January 2024, at 23:59. This freeze is designed to minimise disruptions and risk during the holiday season, allowing you to focus on the festivities without concerns about system changes.
- Phone system adjustments for your out-of-hours operations
Understanding that many businesses may need adjustments to their telephone schedules to align with special operating hours during the festive season, Redcentric encourages proactive communication. If you find yourself unable to make these changes through our self-service option, our dedicated support team is ready to assist you.
To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following information when reaching out to our Support team:
- Current open/close times
- New open/close times
- Activation date(s) for the new schedule
- End date for the adjusted schedule
To guarantee that all requested schedules are processed in a timely manner, we kindly request that you submit your requests in a single communication to our Support team before Friday 15th December 2023. This proactive approach ensures that any adjustments are in place well before the holiday period.
- Holiday schedule for our business units
Between 3:30pm on Friday 22nd December to 9am on Tuesday 2nd January, all business units across Redcentric, with the exception of the support team, will be on annual leave. The support team, however, will remain available 24/7 to address any queries or issues you may encounter. You can reach them via the Service Management Automation X (SMAX) platform or by calling 0345 120 7070.
