Redcentric makes it easier to procure HSCN connectivity
05 December 2017
Managed services specialist Redcentric has announced that it is now accredited to offer HSCN access services under the new Crown Commercial Service framework (also called RM3825).
This dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is now the primary route to market for those looking to connect to HSCN via a compliant supplier.
The framework has been designed specifically for the provision of HSCN network access services, to help speed and simplify procurement as much as possible whilst providing organisations value for money for their HSCN connectivity. RM3825 can be used for Aggregated, Collaborative self-serve and Individual self-serve procurements.
Peter Nailer, Redcentric’s Senior Bid Manager, comments: “As the peering exchange provider for HSCN and the first CN-SP to go live with HSCN services, Redcentric has already firmly established itself in the vanguard of the new health and social care network. Our place on RM3825 will help strengthen competition and ensure value for money for those procuring services, whilst giving us greater opportunity to assist more organisations more efficiently as they push on with their HSCN programmes.”
