In our research that looked at CIO’s approaches and drivers to Cloud, only 2% of the public sector IT managers respondents said that they were ‘strongly supportive’ of cloud. Mark Hall looks at the Government’s Cloud First strategy mandate and G-Cloud framework that has topped £750 million in sales and looks at the strong scepticism of public sector IT managers over implementing cloud.
